Whilst every effort has been made to present the true likeness of the product colours, variations may occur on different screen resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee colours will be as seen on your screen.

EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we can exchange the item. Please call Customer Service at (760) 325 6974 or email us to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item that must be unused in its original condition (hand tag included) within 30 days, we will send your new order by USPS at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

We hope you'll understand that with all the efforts that we make to have the items you like in stock, same times an unanticipated demand will exceed our supply. Because our merchandise is handmade of the highest quality, it takes extra time to reproduce it.  But, as producers, there is usually stock available in Peru that can be easily shipped in a matter of days. There for, if you don't find a size or model available in our web side, please contact us and let us know about your selection.
